About the team
Angi is seeking a strategic and analytical Associate to join its Enterprise Strategy & Operations team focused on supporting the identification and execution of growth strategies within the high priority Corporate Customer segment.
The Associate will work directly with the Enterprise Sales and Enterprise Strategy & Operations teams in a unique opportunity to help drive growth with top customers. In this role, you are expected to leverage internal and external datasets to assess the health of top customer relationships, evaluate customer pain points, and establish expertise on the drivers of the Corporate business. Leveraging these insights, you will make recommendations and drive strategic initiatives, including: process improvements, performance analysis, and business case development for marketing and product tests.

What you’ll do:
- Consult on expansion and growth with top customers. You will assess customer performance, determine key blockers to growth among top relationships, evaluate incentive structures, and drive growth strategies within our most important relationships.
- Support Enterprise Sales team operations. Facilitate key performance initiatives related to business development and account management processes. Collaborate with cross-functional partners to support the implementation of product changes.
- Analyzing and measuring impact. You will develop analytical tools/approaches to assess the performance of implemented initiatives, document lessons learned during analysis and implementation, and communicate best practices to relevant stakeholders to drive improved efficiency in future initiatives.
In this role, you will need:
- 3+ years of professional experience
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in an analytical discipline) or comparable work experience
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and aptitude, with experience structuring and executing analyses independently
- Extensive experience with Excel/Google Sheets and SQL, familiarity with other analytical tools (e.g. Looker) a plus, familiarity with Salesforce a plus
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional partners and ability to work independently to drive key initiatives forward
- An interest in Angi, home services, marketplaces and / or product-driven organizations

Compensation & Benefits:
- The salary band for this position ranges from $75,000-$95,000 base salary, commensurate with experience and performance. Compensation may vary based on factors such as cost of living.
