About The Role:
Ethos is looking for an ambitious self-starter for a dynamic role that spans Strategy, Ops, and Finance. You will play a major role in growing, managing, and scaling our fast-expanding Ethos Leads business. You will use a combination of analytical, operational, and technical skills to evaluate key business problems (scale, efficiency, and quality) while considering multiple different stakeholders across the company. Responsibilities include leading high-priority initiatives, shaping strategy and roadmaps, securing new partnerships, developing financial plans, and more.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Apply business judgment and a data-driven analytical approach to influence decision-making
- Evaluate key business problems / strategic initiatives and work with various stakeholders to turn recommendations into a reality
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Sales, and Operations teams to scale operations
- Develop and monitor critical financial performance metrics, and communicate actionable insights to relevant stakeholders
Qualifications and Skills:
- 2+ years of consulting, investment banking, or private equity / growth equity experience
- Best-in-class excel skills and extensive experience developing insightful quantitative analyses, paired with strong critical thinking and sound business judgment
- Ability to flex between high-level strategic thinking and deep analytical problem solving
- Motivated self-starter with a track record of success and a proven ability to juggle multiple projects/tasks while hitting deadlines. Desire to own & drive projects from Day 1
- Excellent communication skills and effective cross-functional collaborator
- Exceptional attention to detail
- SQL knowledge preferred

The US national base salary range for this full-time position is $85,000 - $138,000. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
