Join Our Journey at Engine

At Engine, we’re revolutionizing work travel. Our modern travel platform isn’t just about booking trips; it’s about transforming how businesses and their teams experience travel. From seamless booking options with top airlines, hotels, and car rental providers to single-invoice billing and flexible trip modifications, we make travel not only easier to manage but also enjoyable. Backed by powerhouse investors like Telescope Partners, Blackstone, Elefund, and Permira, we’re growing fast—and we want you to be part of it.

The Supply team, which unlocks value for our members through strategic partnerships, is seeking a Program Manager to empower our GTM team to deliver transformative business outcomes. This role transcends traditional enablement boundaries and sits in the Supply operations team. While you will craft high-impact enablement content that clarifies expectations and pathways to success, your mission is to drive enablement initiatives with a singular focus: maximizing our sales organization's effectiveness. You'll collaborate across functions to drive strategic initiatives and implement systemic improvements that accelerate our go-to-market execution, while developing compelling content that equips our team to excel in the marketplace.

Your Mission:
As part of the Engine team, you’ll play a vital role in an environment where innovation meets collaboration. Here’s what you’ll take charge of:

  • Lead end-to-end enablement programs that address critical sales execution challenges and improve GTM effectiveness
  • Partner with sales leadership to understand team needs and translate them into actionable enablement strategies, including creating content and facilitating delivery
  • Identify process bottlenecks and operational inefficiencies that impact sales performance, then work with stakeholders to develop and implement solutions
  • Collaborate with the Supply Ops team to build scalable frameworks and tools that help our sales team work more efficiently and effectively
  • Leverage AI and automation to streamline sales processes and create innovative enablement solutions
  • Measure the impact of enablement initiatives and continuously refine based on results
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices across the sales organization
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and sales teams to ensure alignment across GTM functions

What You’ll Bring to Engine:
We’re looking for someone who’s ready to make an impact and grow alongside us:

  • 3-5 years in program management, sales operations, business operations, or enablement; preferably in SaaS
  • Proven success leading cross-functional initiatives with measurable outcomes
  • Experience optimizing processes
  • Knowledge of AI tools for sales enablement (or willingness to learn)

Must-Have Qualities

  • Founder Mentality: Ownership mindset with resilience in a scaling company
  • Strong Ownership: Full accountability from ideation through execution
  • High Agency: Proactively identify opportunities without waiting for direction
  • Speed & Agility: Move quickly and iterate in a fast-paced environment
  • Customer-Centric: Understand customer journey and enable sales accordingly
  • High Standards: An A-player who works with and learns from other A-players
  • Clear Communicator: Active listener who enables learners at all career stages
  • Systems Thinker: Identify problems and develop scalable solutions

Cash compensation: The base salary for this role is starting at a $140,000-160,000 base salary. Final compensation packages are determined by various factors, including prior experience and expertise.

Safe Remote Job Search Tips

Verify Employer Thoroughly

Research the company's identity thoroughly before applying. Check for a professional website with contacts, active social media, and LinkedIn profiles. Verify details across platforms and look for reviews on Glassdoor or Trustpilot to confirm legitimacy.

Never Pay to Get a Job

Legitimate employers never require payment for applications, training, background checks, or equipment. Always reject upfront payment requests or demands for bank details, even if they claim it's for purchasing necessary work gear on your behalf.

Safeguard Your Personal Information

Protect sensitive data like SSN, bank details, or ID copies. Share this only after accepting a formal, written job offer. Ensure it's submitted via a secure company system or portal, never through insecure channels like standard email attachments.

Scrutinize Communication & Interviews

Watch for communication red flags: poor grammar, generic emails (@gmail), vague details, or undue pressure. Be highly suspicious of interviews held only via text or chat apps; legitimate companies typically use video or phone calls.

Beware of Unrealistic Offers

If an offer's salary or benefits seem unrealistically high for the work involved, be cautious. Research standard pay for similar roles. Offers that appear 'too good to be true' are often scams designed to lure you into providing information or payment.

Insist on a Formal Contract

Always secure and review a formal, written job offer or employment contract before starting work or sharing final personal details. Ensure it clearly defines your role, compensation, key terms, and conditions to avoid misunderstandings or scams.
