One Pass Solutions, Inc. was founded in 2017 by Optum, a subsidiary of UnitedHealth Group. In early 2025, One Pass Solutions, Inc. spun off and is now operating as a separate entity.

One Pass Solutions, Inc. has two products,One Pass andOne Pass Select, which is offered through insurance partners and employers.

The Role

The Senior Vice President, Marketing/Loyalty will play a pivotal role in developing and executing a comprehensive marketing and loyalty strategy aimed at driving new customer acquisition, customer retention, enhancing lifetime value, and engaging our members to support our growth objectives. You will oversee all aspects of marketing including selecting and implementing our marketing tech stack, customer loyalty/engagement, customer acquisition, and brand. You will work cross-functionally with the leadership team to ensure the marketing strategy aligns with the company’s vision and goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive loyalty marketing strategy that spans across all our offerings with a focus on creating personalized, relevant, engaging experiences for members to enhance loyalty, reduce churn, and increase customer lifetime value.

  • Continuously measure the performance of loyalty initiatives, using data to evaluate their effectiveness. Regularly report on KPIs, including customer retention rates, engagement metrics, and program ROI.

  • Define and lead the long-term vision for the brand, ensuring that it communicates the company’s mission of promoting health and wellness – “Health Without Limits.”

  • Drive initiatives that increase brand awareness and recognition across target markets. Develop and execute integrated campaigns that generate awareness, enhance customer loyalty, and expand the company’s footprint in our space.

  • Select, implement, and optimize our marketing tech stack to support our growth objectives.

  • Hire, lead, inspire, and manage a high performing marketing team. Provide coaching, mentorship, and career development opportunities to ensure a high level of engagement.

  • Oversee the marketing budget ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve business objectives while maintaining a focus on maximizing ROI.

About You

  • 10-15+ years of experience in marketing leadership roles, ideally within healthcare, wellness, fitness, or health/well-being subscription-based models.

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field; MBA preferred.

  • Proven track record of building and scaling loyalty programs that drive customer engagement and retention from the ground up.

  • Ability to think strategically about customer needs and craft programs that provide value and build long-term loyalty.

  • Previous experience with B2B and B2C (DTC) marketing for subscription-based offerings.

  • Proven track record of hiring and leading high-performing teams. Ability to inspire, mentor, and manage a diverse group of marketing professionals.

  • Strong strategic mindset with the ability to think both long-term and short-term. Ability to balance innovative ideas with practical execution.

  • Strong analytical skills with experience in utilizing data and metrics to inform decisions and improve campaign performance

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally with various teams to achieve business objectives.
