Job Description

Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist
Employment Status: Full-time
Office Hours: Monday - Friday, CST or EST working hours
Location: Boston, Massachusetts
Compensation: $50,000 - $65,000 + equity
*compensation dependent on related experience level


As a Ketryx Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will have the opportunity to support the success of a rapidly growing healthcare technology start-up company. Our ideal candidates will be capable of providing results in a fast-paced and demanding atmosphere. Someone who is a self-starter and eager to work in a fast-growing startup will do well in this position. In this role, you will be allowed the opportunity to implement your target-driven work ethic and support Ketryx's mission to impact 100 million patient lives by 2030. This position can be remote anywhere in the US as long as working hours are CST or EST time zones. Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the staffing needs.
  • Leverage strong communication skills to cold call, engage, and follow up with candidates.
  • Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels including job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, and referrals.
  • Conduct full cycle recruitment including application review, initial screen, and coordinate additional interviews with the hiring team.
  • Work closely with the Senior People Operations Manager to improve process and deliver key results.

Required Skills:

  • 2+ years of fast-paced, recruitment experience.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
  • Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in using Google Workspace, ATS, HRIS, and various online systems.

Preferred Skills:

  • Previous experience recruiting in the engineering, technology, or healthcare fields.
  • Experience using Greenhouse ATS systems.
  • Previous startup experience.
