Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly creative and hands-on Senior Talent Development Partner to support the establishment of our newly formed Talent Development function. In this role, you will embrace a customer-centric, pragmatic approach, laser-focused on delivering maximum impact through the simplest, highest-quality solutions.
We are here for the growth and development of our customers, Turing Team Members. You will partner closely with leaders to understand their desired development outcomes, time constraints, and needs. Leveraging this knowledge, you will craft relevant, engaging learning content that drives measurable business results for our internal customers. You will seek out simple yet impactful solutions, recognizing that the most compelling learning experiences are often the most practical.
Responsibilities:
- Deeply collaborate with Turing leaders to translate team development needs into compelling, practical learning experiences driving measurable growth.
- Design and develop engaging, multimedia-rich asynchronous learning content using tools like Articulate, tailoring for diverse styles through simple, high-impact solutions.
- Serve as the go-to operational owner for the LMS system, curating and maintaining a dynamic, streamlined training catalog. Continuously refine materials for relevance, effectiveness, and alignment with customer needs.
- Embody an agile, customer-obsessed mindset, rapidly producing high-quality, iterative content elevated by feedback and data.
- Be a key driving force behind the development, engagement, and iterations of Sales and Engineering bootcamp programs.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience driving the development of L&D initiatives in a high-growth startup or late-stage tech environment.
- Experienced leveraging LMS systems like Docebo, e-learning platforms, intranet solutions, and instructional design tools like Articulate to deliver impactful learning experiences.
- Exceptional collaboration and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer-centric approach to building relationships and delivering outstanding service to stakeholders.
- Proven ability to analyze training metrics, evaluate impact, and translate findings into actionable recommendations to enhance learning solutions.
- Demonstrated skill in translating business objectives into innovative, engaging, and practical learning solutions that drive measurable results.
