You’ll play a key role in managing our recruiting tech stack, leading sourcing campaigns, supporting recruiter enablement, and driving process improvements across the board.

If you’re the type of person who loves bringing structure to chaos, gets excited about automating workflows, and knows your way around a spreadsheet, this role was made for you.

What You’ll Do

  • Own and manage our recruiting systems, including our applicant tracking system (Greenhouse), sourcing tools (Clay, Apollo, Gem), and headcount planning processes

  • Explore and implement AI-driven features across our tools to optimize workflows and improve recruiter productivity

  • Create and maintain recruiting dashboards, build models in Google Sheets and Excel, and track key performance metrics across sourcing, events, and candidate experience

  • Plan and execute major hiring events throughout the year, including Engineering events in Poland and India, Product Advocate events in Mexico City, and GTM events in Salt Lake City and Austin

  • Design and run personalized sourcing campaigns to build top-of-funnel talent pipelines for GTM, Product, and Engineering teams

  • Build recruiter onboarding and training resources, and partner with L&D to deliver consistent, high-quality interviewer training

  • Lead our candidate and hiring manager experience measurement strategy, report on trends, and identify opportunities to improve touchpoints across the hiring journey

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Talent Ops, Recruiting, L&D, Marketing, and Business stakeholders to align on priorities and drive results

Who You Are

  • 1–3 years of experience in recruiting operations, systems administration, or talent programs at a high-growth company

  • Comfortable owning recruiting systems and workflows, with working knowledge of ATS and sourcing tools

  • Experience using AI features within recruiting tools to streamline and enhance team performance

  • Strong skills in Google Sheets or Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and basic modeling

  • Analytical, organized, and solutions-oriented

  • Comfortable working in fast-paced environments and navigating ambiguity

Safe Remote Job Search Tips

Verify Employer Thoroughly

Research the company's identity thoroughly before applying. Check for a professional website with contacts, active social media, and LinkedIn profiles. Verify details across platforms and look for reviews on Glassdoor or Trustpilot to confirm legitimacy.

Never Pay to Get a Job

Legitimate employers never require payment for applications, training, background checks, or equipment. Always reject upfront payment requests or demands for bank details, even if they claim it's for purchasing necessary work gear on your behalf.

Safeguard Your Personal Information

Protect sensitive data like SSN, bank details, or ID copies. Share this only after accepting a formal, written job offer. Ensure it's submitted via a secure company system or portal, never through insecure channels like standard email attachments.

Scrutinize Communication & Interviews

Watch for communication red flags: poor grammar, generic emails (@gmail), vague details, or undue pressure. Be highly suspicious of interviews held only via text or chat apps; legitimate companies typically use video or phone calls.

Beware of Unrealistic Offers

If an offer's salary or benefits seem unrealistically high for the work involved, be cautious. Research standard pay for similar roles. Offers that appear 'too good to be true' are often scams designed to lure you into providing information or payment.

Insist on a Formal Contract

Always secure and review a formal, written job offer or employment contract before starting work or sharing final personal details. Ensure it clearly defines your role, compensation, key terms, and conditions to avoid misunderstandings or scams.
