The Role:
The Technical Product Analyst partners closely with strategy, product, and data teams to analyze and provide insights to support product direction and member outcomes reporting. This role leverages tools like Qualtrics to design, collect, and report on member feedback. Through data-driven analysis and cross-functional collaboration, this role plays a key role in shaping product decisions that drive meaningful member impact.
The Team:
The Technical Product Analyst role partners closely with Product, Strategy, Data, and Engineering teams. This role will report through the Product organization, but will have a close relationship with our Data team.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience in survey platforms (Qualtrics), data infrastructure management, and data analytics
- Data-driven, with experience in SQL, Snowflake, and dbt for integrating data across multiple platforms, and in implementing CI/CD pipelines and unit testing to ensure scalable, reliable, and production-ready analytics workflows.
- Skilled in data visualization and dashboard design using Tableau and other BI platforms to translate complex data into actionable insights for cross-functional stakeholders.
- Adept at translating business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements and driving cross-functional project execution through effective planning, stakeholder alignment, and timeline management.
- Proven track record of cross-functional collaboration with enterprise data teams and product engineering to align data strategy with business goals, ensure data integrity, and drive scalable solutions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in healthcare-related member-reported outcomes data collection
- Track record of surfacing product optimizations and innovations through analysis of production data
Compensation:
Carrot offers a holistic Total Rewards package designed to support our employees in all aspects of their life inside and outside of work, including health and wellness benefits, retirement savings plans, short- and long-term incentives, parental leave, family-forming assistance, and a competitive compensation package. The starting base salary for this position will range from $107,000.00 - $125,000.00. Actual compensation may vary from posted base salary depending on your confirmed job-related skills and experience.
