Job Description

We are seeking an experiencedTechnical Project Manager to join our team and support a diverse range of U.S.-based clients. The ideal candidate will have a solid technical background in analytics, data tracking, and UTMs, and will excel in troubleshooting and managing a variety of tasks.

Location:

Fully remote (Work from home), 9 AM - 6 PM EST.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and prioritize a variety of requests from the broader team, ensuring tasks are assigned and executed effectively.

  • Monitor and follow up on open tasks daily, remove blockers, and verify the quality of the team’s work.

  • Prepare and present weekly project status reports.

  • Collaborate individually with team members to resolve issues.

  • Document and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

  • Lead troubleshooting efforts for tracking and analytics issues related to the primary tracking platform.

  • Oversee the installation of new tracking tags, interpret technical documentation, and guide the development team.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • 3+ years of Project Management experience, preferably in eCommerce.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance.

  • Proactive problem solver with a hands-on approach.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and clear communicator.

  • Ability to thoroughly understand and tackle tasks effectively.

  • Organized and proactive with a focus on continuous improvement.

  • Solid understanding of front-end coding.

  • Experience with tracking solutions such as MixPanel, Google Tag Manager, or Google Analytics.

  • BONUS: Experience working with remote development teams and understanding the nuances of remote communication and project ownership.
