The role

We are looking for a proactive and technically savvy Technical Project Manager to drive the development and delivery of our Professional Services offering within the Customer Experience department. This role combines strategic planning, hands-on project leadership, and cross-team coordination to ensure our Professional Services portfolio delivers measurable value to clients and supports Nebius’ growth in the AI/ML cloud market.

You will manage a globally distributed team of engineers, oversee the Professional Services catalog, and work closely with Sales, Cloud Solutions Architects, and Cloud Support to scope, plan, and deliver complex client projects. You’ll also develop partnerships (internal and external), create operational playbooks, and ensure consistent execution across engagements.

We’re looking for someone who understands how cloud platforms work, can manage technical delivery end-to-end, and thrives at the intersection of customers, technology, and operations. You’re welcome to work from our office in Amsterdam or remotely from any location within the EU.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Own and evolve the Professional Services catalog — from defining new offerings to ensuring delivery readiness.

  • Lead and coordinate delivery of client-facing Professional Services projects, ensuring they meet scope, quality, and timeline commitments.

  • Manage a distributed team of engineers: allocate tasks, monitor workload, and support professional growth.

  • Collaborate with Sales, Cloud Solutions Architects, and Cloud Support to scope engagements, prepare proposals, and align on execution plans.

  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external partners to extend delivery capabilities.

  • Develop and maintain documentation, playbooks, and best practices for Professional Services delivery.

  • Oversee operational processes, from project tracking to reporting, ensuring visibility for leadership and stakeholders.

  • Identify risks, remove blockers, and ensure smooth cross-team coordination during service delivery.

We expect you to have:

  • 5+ years of experience in technical project management, professional services, or solution delivery roles in cloud, enterprise IT, or consulting.

  • Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure concepts (compute, storage, networking) and how commercial cloud platforms operate.

  • Proven track record managing distributed technical teams and cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Experience delivering projects for external clients — from scoping and planning to execution and handover.

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills — able to align without unnecessary escalation.

  • Proficiency with project tracking and documentation tools (Jira, Confluence).

  • Fluent English.

It will be an added bonus if you have:

  • Experience working with AI/ML or/and Cloud Solutions

  • Background in cloud platform professional services or pre-sales engineering.

  • Knowledge of service delivery methodologies and frameworks (PMI, ITIL, Agile).

  • Experience developing service catalogs or structured portfolios of offerings.
