We are currently looking for a Senior Financial Controlling Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in driving financial performance by delivering insightful analysis, supporting decision-making, and strengthening collaboration between Finance and Commercial teams.
- Prepare and analyse monthly results, explaining key variances in sales, margins, and performance vs. budget, forecast, and prior year, support the preparation of management accounts for senior leadership (CWR).
- Collaborate with management to set and track monthly and quarterly targets, delivering actionable insights that drive business performance and support decision-making.
- Responsible for reconciling management accounts and quarterly statutory reporting.
- Understand the data flow, internal processes, and reporting structure to identify inefficiencies and provide recommendations for process optimization and improvement.
- Business partnering with the Commercial team, understanding their needs, supporting reporting requirements, and ensuring smooth communication between Finance and Commercial.
- Support several stakeholders within the Finance department and across the company with any ad-hoc requests.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Finance
- +5 years’ experience in Finance, FP&A or related Controlling fields
- A proven track record, strong business acumen, and an analytical and proactive approach to solving problems and managing data
- The ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment, prioritize multiple projects, and meet deadlines, with a sense of personal responsibility for delivering high-quality work
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proficiency in the English language
- G-Suite expertise (Sheets)
