Job Description

Pulumi is looking for an experienced VP of Growth to lead user and revenue growth through best in class program strategy and execution. In this role, you will create awareness among our target users, help them adopt the product, and lead campaigns in collaboration with sales and marketing that grow Pulumi’s self-serve and sales-led revenue.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with product, data science, community and content engineering teams to create awareness and drive adoption among our target audience
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success leaders to develop the strategy and execution of an integrated demand generation model and budget to hit quarterly pipeline goals. This includes tight coordination of inbound, product-led, and outbound outreach to maximize pipeline creation
  • Determine the most appropriate mix of demand generation marketing programs to target existing and new prospects to drive revenue; test, launch and operationalize. Analyze campaigns’ performance, share results, trends, and insights
  • Develop pipeline forecast and measure the impact of demand creation activities on sales pipeline, revenue, and sales cycle length
  • Work collaboratively across the Marketing organization to align to and surround market demand with events and programs, including PR, content, social, and product marketing

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years in a fast-paced, demand generation and growth environment, ideally working with developer tools, DevOps or cloud technologies
  • Marketed SaaS products successfully, growing self-serve users/revenue, and sales-led revenue
  • Ability to think strategically AND roll up your sleeves to get things done
  • Highly results-oriented and can deliver on executional excellence
  • Effective at partnering with internal and external stakeholders
  • Detail-oriented behavior and problem solving skills
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams

Compensation:

  • Base Salary Hiring Range: $225,000-$270,000
  • All full time employee offers at Pulumi include base salary, bonus or variable, equity and benefits (details below).
