TRM Labs is seeking a Vice President of Post-Sales to transform and scale our post-sales organization during a critical growth phase. This role will be responsible for leading and streamlining multiple functions supporting key stages in our revenue funnel: Onboarding, Adoption, Realization, Retention, Referral, and Expansion. The VP of Post-Sales will build + coach leaders who are responsible for delivering world-class customer outcomes while driving profitable growth.
The impact you will have:
- Transform our post-sales motion into a repeatable, scalable engine that drives both customer outcomes and revenue growth
- Unify and lead a team of more than 40 professionals across Customer Success, TRM Academy, Law Enforcement Relations, Global Investigations and potentially other functions
- Design and implement premium service tiers and monetization strategies across training, support, and other professional services functions.
- Build scalable infrastructure to support growth from hundreds to thousands of customers globally
- Create clear career pathways and growth opportunities across all post-sales functions
What we’re looking for:
- Develop comprehensive post-sales strategy supporting our next growth stage to hundreds of millions in ARR
- Design and implement tiered support packages that drive both customer value and revenue
- Monetize TRM Academy through training, certification, and premium educational offerings
- Partner with Sales to integrate post-sales monetization into our go-to-market strategy
- Transform siloed processes into streamlined, interconnected workflows adopted at scale
- Implement robust change management to ensure we’re able to rollout new processes with speed that are highly adopted
- Create data-driven systems for measuring team performance and customer success
- Establish exceptionally high standards for deliverable quality and team accountability
- Design unified organizational structure with clear growth paths across all functions
- Build and maintain high-performing teams within a culture of coaching
- Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
- Track record scaling ARR from tens to hundreds of millions
- 8+ years post-sales leadership experience in enterprise SaaS or fintech
- Experience growing customer bases from hundreds to thousands
- Proven success monetizing post-sales functions and creating new revenue streams
- Strong background implementing change management at scale
- Experience leading multiple post-sales functions (CS, training, solutions, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience serving both private sector and government customers
- Background in compliance, crypto, or financial services technology
- Track record building premium support/training programs
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities

Our post-sales organization consists of more than 40 professionals across Customer Success, TRM Academy, Law Enforcement Relations, Solutions Architecture, and Compliance Advisory. The team operates with a remote-first culture and maintains high collaboration through regular syncs and pod meetings. We're mission-driven, deeply customer-centric, and focused on delivering measurable value to both public and private sector clients globally.

- When we see rising time-to-value in onboarding, this leader rapidly redesigns engagement models and identifies root causes within 1–2 weeks
- The Solutions Architecture team launches new playbooks and onboarding templates within 7 days of each major product release
- Law Enforcement customers receive proactive outreach within 24 hours of any support ticket with visible cross-team coordination between CS, TRM Academy, and Intelligence
