AuditBoard is seeking an accomplished Vice President of Sales, EMEA to lead our expansion efforts and drive revenue growth across the region. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for building, scaling, and leading our EMEA sales organization, with accountability for new business acquisition, regional go-to-market strategy, and revenue attainment.

This leader will bring deep SaaS sales experience, a strong understanding of enterprise selling, and a proven ability to scale high-performing teams in new or emerging markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy to grow AuditBoard’s presence and customer base across the EMEA region.

  • Lead, recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales organization, with a focus on enterprise and mid-market segments.

  • Drive sales execution to consistently exceed revenue and growth targets.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Customer Success, Alliances, and Product to tailor offerings and campaigns to regional needs.

  • Build trusted executive relationships with customers and prospects to understand their priorities.

  • Establish operational rigor through accurate forecasting, pipeline development, and performance management.

  • Represent AuditBoard in the market, positioning the company as a thought leader in risk and compliance transformation.

  • Provide market feedback to inform product strategy and localization needs.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 10 years of B2B SaaS sales leadership experience, including at least 5 years leading high-performing enterprise sales teams in EMEA markets.

  • Proven success in scaling SaaS businesses in new regions, including building teams from the ground up.

  • Demonstrated track record of meeting/exceeding revenue targets.

  • Strong executive presence, with the ability to influence internal stakeholders and customers at the C-level.

  • Data-driven, with a disciplined approach to pipeline management, forecasting, and sales process optimization.

  • Excellent global team collaboration and communication skills; able to navigate fast-paced, high-growth environments.

Nice to Have

  • Additional European languages are a plus.

  • Deep understanding of enterprise risk, audit, compliance, or GRC software markets is preferred
