Our client is a leading real estate education and training company focused on empowering individuals to succeed in real estate investing. Known for cutting-edge training in property investing, wholesaling, and house flipping, they have been featured in Entrepreneur, INC, Yahoo Finance, and Nasdaq. They seek a skilled and passionateVideoEditor to create high-quality educational videos, YouTube ads, and social media content.
Location:
Fully-Remote (Work from Home), 9 AM - 5 PM PST
Key Responsibilities:
Video Editing & Post-Production:
Edit long-form and short-form educational and promotional videos for YouTube and social media.
Ensure polished, engaging content consistent with brand tone and style.
Incorporate graphics, captions, animations, and visual enhancements.
Filming & Production:
Film content in-office, studio, and off-site locations.
Set up lighting, audio, and shots for different aspect ratios (9:16 for social, 16:9 for YouTube).
Creative Collaboration:
Work with marketing to align video content with goals.
Assist brainstorming new ideas and formats supporting educational and marketing objectives.
Content Distribution & Optimization:
Organize and maintain video assets for team access.
Optimize video content for YouTube and social platforms for searchability and engagement.
Graphics & Thumbnails Creation:
Create engaging thumbnails and visual graphics for YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, etc., to boost engagement.
What Success Looks Like:
Deliver clean, professional videos aligned with brand voice and educational goals.
Meet deadlines ensuring timely content distribution.
Collaborate effectively with content, marketing, and design teams.
Increase engagement and growth on YouTube and social platforms with compelling visuals.
Qualifications:
3+ years professional video editing and production experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Video Production, Media Studies, Business, or related field preferred.
Strong portfolio including YouTube content and educational videos.
Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar editing software.
Skilled in color grading, motion graphics (After Effects), and sound editing.
Knowledge of YouTube and social media SEO and optimization techniques.
Excellent visual storytelling with strong pacing and audience engagement.
Ability to create thumbnails and visuals that optimize video performance.
Bonus Skills:
Experience growing YouTube channels to 100,000+ subscribers.
Familiarity with YouTube SEO and video marketing strategies.
Skilled in Adobe Photoshop, Canva, or graphic tools for thumbnails and assets.
Experience in education or real estate sectors is a plus.
