Job Description

Our client, a dynamic production company, is seeking a Video Editor to create compelling and high-quality video content. This role requires strong storytelling skills, experience with commercial video editing, and the ability to enhance raw footage into polished, visually engaging content. If you have a keen eye for detail and a passion for crafting impactful videos, we encourage you to apply.

Location: Fully-Remote (Work from Home), 9 AM - 5 PM EST

Key Responsibilities:

  • Video Editing: Edit commercial video content using Adobe Premiere and other similar tools, ensuring high production quality and smooth storytelling.

  • Motion Graphics & Text Overlay: Incorporate motion graphics, transitions, and text overlays to enhance video engagement.

  • Storytelling & Visual Optimization: Structure raw footage into cohesive, engaging narratives that align with project goals.

  • Asset Optimization:Work with raw footage and optimize visuals to create high-quality final outputs.

  • Collaboration:Work closely with the creative team to align video edits with brand messaging and production needs.

  • High-Quality Video Production: Deliver polished, visually compelling videos that meet brand and commercial standards.

  • Effective Storytelling: Create engaging narratives that captivate audiences and enhance message delivery.

  • Seamless Motion Graphics: Utilize dynamic text overlays and motion graphics to improve video effectiveness.

  • Optimized Footage Utilization: Efficiently transform raw assets into impactful video content.

Qualifications:

Experience:

  • 2+ years experience in commercial video editing.

  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere and similar tools for professional video editing.

  • Experience with motion graphics and editing GPS and First Person View drone footage

Skills:

  • Strong storytelling, visual composition, and text overlay skills.

  • Excellent command of English for clear communication and content accuracy.

  • Ability to work efficiently with raw assets to create polished final products.

Traits:

  • Highly creative with an eye for visual aesthetics.

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

  • Self-motivated and able to manage multiple projects effectively.
