Why work at Nebius
Nebius is leading a new era in cloud computing to serve the global AI economy. We create the tools and resources our customers need to solve real-world challenges and transform industries, without massive infrastructure costs or the need to build large in-house AI/ML teams. Our employees work at the cutting edge of AI cloud infrastructure alongside some of the most experienced and innovative leaders and engineers in the field.
Where we work
Headquartered in Amsterdam and listed on Nasdaq, Nebius has a global footprint with R&D hubs across Europe, North America, and Israel. The team of over 800 employees includes more than 400 highly skilled engineers with deep expertise across hardware and software engineering, as well as an in-house AI R&D team.
Marketing:
Join a company that is at the forefront of how AI is reshaping life and industry, and a marketing organization that supports the Nebius corporate vision. You’ll join a team that is passionately focused on data and advanced methods of customer acquisition, persona targeting and best-in-class storytelling, and a culture of excellence that values experimentation and creative problem-solving.
The role
We’re looking for a Social Media Content Manager to join the Nebius’ content team and take the lead on our social media channels — especially LinkedIn and X. You’ll create content for ML engineers, startup founders, CTOs, and AI researchers around the world. You’ll be writing posts, capturing videos at events, briefing the design team, and sharing updates that resonate with a technical audience. You’ll also help with blog writing from time to time.
You’re welcome to work remotely from the United States.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Writing and publishing posts for LinkedIn and X, and helping us explore new channels like TikTok, Discord or others.
- Filming short, casual videos — mostly at tech events and in offices — and creating social media posts based on them.
- Collaborating with the design team to request and adapt visual assets.
- Occasionally writing articles for the blog and website.
- Contributing to the content plan and proposing new formats and ideas.
- Managing content freelancers and contractors — providing briefs, reviewing drafts, and approving final content.
We expect you to have:
- 3+ years of experience in content, social media or communications for a tech company
- You’ve run or contributed to B2B social media pages
- You know what works on LinkedIn and X, and why
- Hands-on experience with video recording and basic editing tools
- You can explain complex technologies clearly and concisely
- You’ve written about machine learning or similar topics
- You have experience with Figma and Photoshop
It will be an added bonus if you have:
- Experience in performance marketing, launching social media ad campaigns
- A background in community building or community management
- Some programming or engineering experience
- Experience launching tech products or passing technical interviews
- Experience with CRMs like HubSpot or Salesforce
Key employee benefits:
- Health insurance: 100% company-paid medical, dental and vision coverage for employees and families.
- 401(k) plan: Up to 4% company match with immediate vesting.
- Parental leave: 20 weeks paid for primary caregivers, 12 weeks for secondary caregivers.
- Remote work reimbursement: Up to $85/month for mobile and internet.
- Disability & life insurance: Company-paid short-term, long-term and life insurance coverage.
Compensation
We offer competitive salaries, ranging from 130k - 165k OTE (On Target Earnings) based on your experience.

Verify Employer Thoroughly
Research the company's identity thoroughly before applying. Check for a professional website with contacts, active social media, and LinkedIn profiles. Verify details across platforms and look for reviews on Glassdoor or Trustpilot to confirm legitimacy.
Never Pay to Get a Job
Legitimate employers never require payment for applications, training, background checks, or equipment. Always reject upfront payment requests or demands for bank details, even if they claim it's for purchasing necessary work gear on your behalf.
Safeguard Your Personal Information
Protect sensitive data like SSN, bank details, or ID copies. Share this only after accepting a formal, written job offer. Ensure it's submitted via a secure company system or portal, never through insecure channels like standard email attachments.
Scrutinize Communication & Interviews
Watch for communication red flags: poor grammar, generic emails (@gmail), vague details, or undue pressure. Be highly suspicious of interviews held only via text or chat apps; legitimate companies typically use video or phone calls.
Beware of Unrealistic Offers
If an offer's salary or benefits seem unrealistically high for the work involved, be cautious. Research standard pay for similar roles. Offers that appear 'too good to be true' are often scams designed to lure you into providing information or payment.
Insist on a Formal Contract
Always secure and review a formal, written job offer or employment contract before starting work or sharing final personal details. Ensure it clearly defines your role, compensation, key terms, and conditions to avoid misunderstandings or scams.
