About the role
- As a VIP Host, you will build and nurture relationships with our most engaged players, driving the success of our premier VIP engagement program
- Grow and establish a strong VIP user base in Missouri, and build customer loyalty with users in the state
- Execute strategies to acquire new players, successfully onboard them onto the platform and spark their engagement
- Gather and analyze player activity and feedback to support platform improvements and identify new opportunities
- Oversee all aspects of player relationships, including organizing local events, maintaining regular communication, and handling any escalations
- Implement all VIP policies and guidelines, with a strong emphasis on responsible gaming practices
Who you are
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer facing role, such as Sales, Account Management or within the Retail or Restaurant Industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills to make informed decisions based on data and trends
- Passionate about sports and gaming
- Ability to travel within your assigned state and work nights and weekends
- Must be located in Missouri or willing to relocate
Even better if you have
- Corporate level account management experience
- Experience in the sports, gaming or entertainment industry
Our target starting base salary range for this position is between $77,000 and $85,000, plus target equity. The starting base salary will depend on a number of factors including the candidate’s skills and experience, among other things.
