Job Description

WHO ARE WE?

Chess at Three is an international network of storytellers (chess tutors) who introduce chess to children from the surprising age of three. By harnessing the power of stories, Chess at Three’s award winning curriculum has been taught to over 150,000 children in homes, schools, and online. Children become successful chess players while also exploring the foundations of math, strategy and sportsmanship as they journey with a unique cast of characters on an exciting narrative adventure.

Job Summary:
The Virtual Assistant will be a vital team member, contributing to the smooth operation of our retail location and supporting our mission to enhance early childhood education. This role involves providing remote administrative support, coordinating between departments, and assisting with customer service remotely.

Responsibilities

  • Manage schedules and appointments using Google Calendar
  • Support administrative tasks such as data entry in Airtable
  • Responsible in importing eventbrite bookings to our CRM and G-Cal, help out customer service on scheduling/rescheduling. Support onboarding.Provide customer service via phone and email
  • Facilitate team communication through Slack
  • Assist in project coordination and task tracking

Requirements

  • Familiarity with Airtable, Google Calendar, and Slack is a must
  • Previous admin or customer service experience required, preferably in Singapore
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Ability to work remotely and coordinate across time zones
  • Must be available to support weekends
  • Past work environment in Education industry or have start up experience is a big plus

Job Type: Part Time - Weekdays and 1 weekend day

Working hours:

  • Wednesday: 9.30am to 6.30am
  • Thursday: 9.30am to 6.30am
  • Friday: 12.30pm to 9.30pm
  • Saturday: 12.30pm to 9.30pm
  • Sunday: 9.30am to 6.30pm
  • Monday - Off
  • Tuesday - Off

Salary: S$800 - S$1000 monthly

Monthly Pay Range
$800$1,000 SGD
