Skills and Experience You Bring
- Deep comfort in an Apple-native environment.
- Proven hands-on experience with MDM platforms, including building custom deployment packages and scripts.
- Fluency in IT security and compliance practices: access logging, SSO/LDAP, and policy design.
- Experience building zero-downtime onboarding/offboarding systems.
- An automation-first mindset: if it can be scripted, it should be.
- Ability to âspeak engineerâ â collaborate with technical teams, contribute scripts, and partner effectively with Engineering leaders.

- Own internal IT strategy in a Mac environment: SaaS management, device control, access systems, and user lifecycle processes.
- Design and enforce seamless security systems: real protection, zero friction.
- Automate relentlessly: provisioning, onboarding, patching, compliance, and help desk workflows.
- Lead help desk operations: build systems that resolve issues quickly and proactively support employee productivity.
- Oversee core platforms: Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, Zoom, Greenhouse, Help Scout, and more.
- Champion compliance: lightweight but powerful access controls and policy frameworks that keep us audit-ready.
- Collaborate with Engineering: contribute scripts, coordinate infrastructure needs, and act as a bridge between IT and dev teams.
- Deliver early wins: identify high-impact improvements in your first 90 days and build trust fast.
