This is a remote role, open to candidates anywhere in the US, allowing us to find the very best talent. The role
We are searching for a VP/SVP of Product Marketing who will be instrumental in defining and executing the go-to-market strategy for Glia’s AI-powered solutions. This critical leadership role demands a blend of strategic foresight, exceptional leadership, and hands-on tactical execution. You will report directly to the Chief Marketing Officer and work closely with our Product, Sales, and especially our Go-to-Market (GTM) and GTM Strategy teams to spearhead the positioning, messaging, and programs essential for accelerating our business growth, pipeline generation, and revenue. This position requires a deep understanding of the B2B CCaaS and AI landscape, and a proven track record of promoting complex solutions to financial institutions.
What you'll do
- Lead and mentor our high-performing Product Marketing team, driving the development of state-of-the-art value propositions for Glia's innovative solutions.
- Craft compelling and differentiated positioning and messaging that clearly articulate Glia's unique value in the competitive AI and customer interactions market.
- Deeply understand market trends, competitive dynamics, and customer needs, using these insights to develop sophisticated buyer journeys and inform product strategy.
- Empower our Sales teams with comprehensive enablement, including high-impact sales tools, battle cards, presentations, and compelling marketing collateral that clearly convey our platform's advantages.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing and GTM Strategy teams to design and execute integrated marketing programs that drive pipeline and accelerate revenue growth.
- Serve as the internal and external expert on the competitive landscape, market trends, and customer insights within the CCaaS, AI, and financial services sectors.
- Work cross-functionally with senior leadership across Product, Sales, and Marketing to develop and implement effective strategies and programs that achieve ambitious business goals.
- Contribute to other strategic initiatives across the company.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive experience in Product Marketing, with a significant portion in the enterprise SaaS space, ideally at a VP or SVP level.
- Deep, demonstrable expertise in the CCaaS (Contact Center as a Service) and AI domains, with a strong understanding of how AI is transforming customer interactions.
- Proven experience selling B2B SaaS solutions to financial institutions, with a nuanced understanding of their unique needs, regulatory environments, and buying cycles.
- Exceptional ability to translate complex technical capabilities into clear, concise, and compelling value propositions and externally-facing assets.
- Outstanding leadership and management skills, with a track record of building, mentoring, and inspiring high-performing product marketing teams.
- Superior project management abilities, capable of orchestrating numerous complex initiatives simultaneously across multiple teams.
- Comfortable and effective operating in highly ambiguous, fast-paced, and rapidly evolving environments.
- Strong executive presence and presentation skills, with the ability to educate, influence, and inspire diverse audiences, from internal teams to large conference audiences.
