Job Description

They are seeking a skilled front-end Web Developer to join their vibrant team.

Location and Time:
Fully Remote (Work from Home), 9 AM - 6 PM EST

Role Overview:
As a Web Developer, you will be an integral part of their collaborative team, working closely with engineers and designers to bring cutting-edge digital projects to life. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HTML, CSS, and Vanilla JS, coupled with proficiency in PHP and WordPress development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with engineers and designers to understand project requirements and translate them into user-friendly websites or applications.

  • WordPress development, including theme development, building custom Gutenberg blocks, and site maintenance.

  • Utilize Vanilla JS and CSS to implement A/B experiments for optimal user experiences.

  • Conduct code reviews, identify and resolve technical issues, and maintain coding standards.

  • Contribute to internal tooling by creating and maintaining libraries, as well as suggesting process improvements.

Qualifications:

  • 3-4 years of experience in web development.

  • Expertise in HTML, CSS, and Vanilla JS.

  • Good understanding of PHP and WordPress development.

  • Comfort with a CSS pre-processor like SCSS.

  • Experience with a JS framework such as React, Angular, Svelte, or Vue.

  • Strong problem-solving skills, coupled with the ability and motivation to work independently.

  • Capability to manage multiple projects concurrently.

  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, is essential for success in a remote environment.
