Job Description
About Frontier
Frontier is a subsidiary of Fresh Prints. Fresh Prints is a New York based, fast-growing, fully-remote, 150-person company that has most of our team in India and Philippines. A few years ago Fresh Prints started helping other fast-growing companies build their teams. We got so good at it that we decided to spin out a new company to focus exclusively on that and call it Frontier.
Here at Frontier, we help companies grow full-time, cross-functional teams abroad. We hire the smartest people, and we place them into the best companies. If you like one of the Frontier roles, and you apply, and you’re accepted, we’ll screen you with a couple of internal interviews, and will work on getting you an interview for a full-time job within the month. Think of us as your personal talent agent, and good luck with the application :)
About the client
Balto’s mission is to power a new era of knowledge work in the contact center, and we're creating awesome technology to do just that. If you're excited by the opportunity to join a dynamic team initiating a technological revolution in Real-Time Guidance, Balto is for you.
More than just a company, Balto is a community. A community committed to empowering each of our members. This mission is at the heart of our organization. As a member of our Technical Success team, you’ll act as the voice of the user, drive efficient implementation & product engagement from onboarding to continued adoption, and investigate solutions for complex technical issues.
Role Overview
We want our website to reflect our brand and product quality. Designs and copy are ready. You
will own development, implementation, and production delivery across ~20 pages (we
might have more and are happy to add additional work to the agreement).
We’re paying top dollar for fast, exceptional execution.
What We Need
● You are an individual developer or compact dev team (no large agencies).
● You can commit full-time to this project — exclusive or near-exclusive focus for as
much as 90 days.
● You’ve built enterprise-grade websites for B2B SaaS or AI companies, preferably
post-Series A/B.
● You work quickly but care deeply about polish, responsiveness, and long-term
maintainability.
● You’re experienced with WordPress and can handle complex component builds and
content models without plugin sprawl
● You can deploy functional pages— no flickering, no low-res images, no lagging
modules. Every needs to work.
● You can pass a structured security review — including access controls, plugin audits,
vulnerability checks, and architecture assessments.
Project Scope
● 20 pages, including templates for product, integrations, resources, careers, blog,
industry verticals, and support content.
● Development of reusable modules (product shots, CTAs, metrics, logos, etc.).
● Bulletproof responsive design across mobile, desktop, tablet, PC, Mac, iOS, and
Android — no downgrade on any device.
● Visual integrity: no flicker on load, sharp resolution, broken elements, consistently styled
buttons and elements, no CMS bloat or artifacts.
● Page speed must rank A across devices.
● SEO continuity: URLs will remain unchanged and optimized elements (structured data,
metadata, schema) must transfer cleanly from current site.
● Security: You and/or your team must be able to pass a comprehensive security
screening.
You Should Have Experience In
● Building enterprise SaaS B2B websites.
● WordPress (strong preference) or Webflow (if justified by experience).
● Custom themes and module systems (not plugin Frankenstein builds).
● Performance tuning, page speed optimization, clean deployments.
● Building structured CMS templates and designing for both editorial and technical
flexibility.
● Implementing high-end image handling, page transitions, interactive homepage
elements, and thoughtful use of texture/opacity.
● Navigating security requirements common to enterprise-grade software companies.
What We Provide
● Fully designed pages in Figma.
● Final, approved copy for every page.
● Real customer imagery (no stock photos).
● SEO support from an in-house specialist.
● Interactive homepage video asset (already recorded).
● Clear daily collaboration with the project owner and designer.

Verify Employer Thoroughly
Research the company's identity thoroughly before applying. Check for a professional website with contacts, active social media, and LinkedIn profiles. Verify details across platforms and look for reviews on Glassdoor or Trustpilot to confirm legitimacy.
Never Pay to Get a Job
Legitimate employers never require payment for applications, training, background checks, or equipment. Always reject upfront payment requests or demands for bank details, even if they claim it's for purchasing necessary work gear on your behalf.
Safeguard Your Personal Information
Protect sensitive data like SSN, bank details, or ID copies. Share this only after accepting a formal, written job offer. Ensure it's submitted via a secure company system or portal, never through insecure channels like standard email attachments.
Scrutinize Communication & Interviews
Watch for communication red flags: poor grammar, generic emails (@gmail), vague details, or undue pressure. Be highly suspicious of interviews held only via text or chat apps; legitimate companies typically use video or phone calls.
Beware of Unrealistic Offers
If an offer's salary or benefits seem unrealistically high for the work involved, be cautious. Research standard pay for similar roles. Offers that appear 'too good to be true' are often scams designed to lure you into providing information or payment.
Insist on a Formal Contract
Always secure and review a formal, written job offer or employment contract before starting work or sharing final personal details. Ensure it clearly defines your role, compensation, key terms, and conditions to avoid misunderstandings or scams.
