About the Role:
At Motive, the growth marketing team is responsible for maximizing growth and new customer acquisition across all that we do. The responsibilities of the team span the entire customer journey - from first touchpoint to upsell and retention. We are looking for a growth-oriented Web Strategist to join our high-performing marketing web team. The ideal candidate will support the development and execution of web strategies with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver against project goals. As a Web Strategist, you will play a role in optimizing the user journey and experience, enhancing brand visibility, and contributing to the company's growth objectives.
What You'll Do:
- Support the development and execution of web strategies that align with project goals.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Engineering, Creative, and Product teams to assist in creating site experiences for campaigns, product initiatives, tests, and always-on programs, ensuring accurate messaging, timing, and capabilities needed to execute.
- Assist in analyzing and monitoring page performance and user behavior across site landing pages, helping generate data-driven hypotheses that inform strategies and uncover areas of opportunity to improve the customer experience.
- Help develop an understanding of our members and site visitors through data, insights, and cross-functional partnerships (Analytics, Engineering, and Consumer Insights) and use those insights to inform site strategy.
- Support the delivery of web strategy roadmap and KPIs.
- Collaborate with the Content Marketing team on SEO initiatives and content opportunities that improve website visibility and performance.
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years of website management or related experience.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Experience using data and insights to inform requirements, ideas, and strategies with hands-on experience with web tools including CMS (Wordpress), A/B testing tools, site analytics, and other business intelligence tools.
- Basic understanding of SEO fundamentals and the interaction between site architecture and content to deliver organic traffic performance.
- Good project management and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Driven with a growth mindset.
Your compensation may be based on several factors, including education, work experience, and certifications. For certain roles, total compensation may include restricted stock units. The compensation range for this position will depend on where you reside. Motive uses three geographic zones to determine pay range. For this role, the compensation ranges are:
