About the role:
We're looking for a full-time remoteWeb UX Designerwho is passionate about crafting intuitive, conversion-focused digital experiences. In this role, you will lead the design of A/B test variations and product enhancements, using Figma to translate data-driven insights into user-centric designs. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and thrive in an agile environment where curiosity and adaptability are key.

Responsibilities:
Design intuitive, user-centered web interfaces using Figma, with a focus on conversion rate optimization (CRO) and product improvements.
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to create and iterate on designs that align with business goals and drive user engagement.
Participate in agile workflows, adapting designs quickly based on feedback, test results, or shifting priorities.
Ensure consistency in design systems and maintain a high standard of visual and functional quality.
Interpret and apply research findings from CRO specialists to make informed design decisions that optimize user experiences.
Create and maintain organized, high-fidelity mockups in Figma, ensuring clear handoff and communication with developers.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing web projects and design system proficiency.
Figma Expertise: At least 4 years of professional experience with Figma, demonstrating deep expertise in utilizing advanced features such as auto layout, components, and design systems to create efficient and scalable designs.
CRO Experience: Proven success designing for CRO, with a track record of improving conversion metrics through UX design.
UX Knowledge: Strong understanding of UX principles, user research, and usability testing methodologies.
Agility: Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment and pivot quickly based on new insights or priorities.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with stakeholders.
Experience with A/B testing platforms (e.g., Optimizely) and a working knowledge of web analytics tools is a plus
