About the role:
We are seeking a skilled Webflow Developer with a strong understanding of marketing principles to join our team. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and creative marketing strategies to build and optimize our website, landing pages, and digital assets. The ideal candidate will have experience in Webflow development, UI/UX best practices, SEO optimization, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).

- Design, develop, and maintain responsive and visually engaging websites using Webflow.
- Optimize website performance, SEO, and user experience to drive traffic and conversions.
- Integrate third-party tools such as CRM systems, email marketing platforms, analytics tools, and automation workflows.
- Troubleshoot website issues, implement A/B testing, and refine designs based on data-driven insights.
- Maintain consistency in branding, style guides, and design aesthetics across digital platforms.

What you bring:
Requirements:
- 5+ years working in Webflow
- Proven experience as a Webflow Developer, with a strong portfolio showcasing responsive, high-performing websites.
- Must have experience implementing advanced transitions and animations using native webflow interactions or custom javascript. Experience with GSAP and HTML Canvas/WebGL is a plus.
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Webflow’s CMS structure.
- Experience working with marketing teams and understanding digital marketing concepts such as lead generation, SEO, PPC, and conversion rate optimization.
- Experience with embedding forms, videos, and third-party scripts.
- Strong UX/UI design skills and knowledge of design principles.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other analytics tools.
- Experience integrating APIs, forms, and automation tools like Zapier.
- Ability to effectively QA site changes.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience being the sole owner of a marketing website
- Experience with Animation tools (Rive, Jitter, or Lottie), or similar design tools.
- Experience building in HubSpot
- Previous experience in a marketing or growth-focused role.
Current base salary range: $120,000 - $150,000. The exact salary may vary based on skills, experience, location, market ranges, and other compensation offered. The salary range does not include other compensation components, commissions (for sales-related roles), bonuses, or benefits for which you may be eligible. Salary may be adjusted based on business needs.
