Job Summary

マーケティング戦略部配下のチームとなり、現在6名で構成されております。
PayPayの持つ豊富なデータの分析や、ユーザリサーチ、競合調査などを活用し、置かれている環境を正しく理解した上で、継続的な事業成長を実現するためのマーケティング戦略を立案する事がミッションとなります。
PayPayにおける上流工程であるユーザマーケティング戦略の策定や事業計画の構築に携わることができる非常にやりがいを感じることができる組織・チームとなります。

▼募集の背景
2018年にサービスを開始してからユーザー数6,800万人を突破し、決済を担う社会インフラとして成長し続けているPayPayですが、その普及を更に加速度的に図っていくため戦略推進メンバーを募集しております。
戦略推進ポジションはリサーチチーム、分析チームなどと連携をはかり、PayPayにおけるユーザーマーケティング戦略の立案、推進、検証などマーケティング戦略の全体推進を担う重要なポジションとなります。
その中でまずはキャンペーンの推進など実務の部分を担当して頂き、PayPayのユーザー属性などを把握しつつ戦略構築に携わって頂ければと思います。
▼具体的な業務内容
新規ユーザー獲得・利用促進目的としたマーケティング戦略の立案・PDCA運用の実施を推進頂きます。
- マーケティング戦略立案
- ユーザーKPI策定/PDCA運用実施
- 本部横断プロジェクト推進（プロジェクトマネージメント）
- ユーザー基盤拡大企画・運用実行
必要な経験/スキル
下記いずれか2つ以上の経験
- マーケティング戦略推進の業務経験（3年以上）
- 事業KPI策定・運用管理経験
- 上位会議向けのドキュメント作成経験
- データ分析（SQLなど）実務経験
- プロジェクトマネージメント（推進リーダー以上）業務経験
あると望ましい経験/スキル
- 英語または中国語（初級）

- Hybrid Workstyle（オフィス、自宅またはサテライトオフィスにてリモートワーク）
※所属組織のルールおよび業務指示に応じて出社/リモート対応頂きます。
勤務時間
- スーパーフレックス制（コアタイム無し）
- 原則：午前9時～午後5時45分（実働7時間45分＋休憩時間 1時間）
休日

土日祝日、年末年始および会社指定日
休暇（法定休暇および会社福利厚生）
- 年次有給休暇(初年度14日間、入社月に応じて按分付与。入社日から使用可）
- パーソナル休暇（毎年度５日間、（毎年度５日間付与/初年度入社月により3日間もしくは5日間付与）
※PayPay独自の特別有給休暇制度で、本人/家族/ペットなどの病気/ケガ/通院付き添い等にご使用頂けます。
給与
- 年俸制（一部固定残業代含む）
- 経験、スキル、業績、貢献度に応じ当社規定により決定
- 毎年1回見直し
- 会社業績および個人貢献度により特別一時金（インセンティブ）を支給（年1回）
