The Opportunity
As an experienced Account Executive, you will join the Platform Sales team to lead the way in showcasing our core data & intelligence services, with a primary focus on Tridge’s flagship service, Marketbrief. This solution delivers actionable insights and growth opportunities tailored to a global audience. Your role will involve acquiring clients ranging from SMBs to large enterprises, driving Tridge’s revenue growth through outstanding sales performance, and promoting the unique value of Marketbrief to uncover new business potential. You will directly contribute to measurable growth and be a key player in shaping our success story.

What we trust you to do (What you will do)
- Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire and retain enterprise-level clients, focusing on agri-food businesses.
- Present SaaS-based market intelligence and analytics solutions to decision-makers, emphasizing their value in optimizing agricultural supply chains and trade strategies.
- Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and targeted outreach campaigns. Manage and nurture a pipeline of high-potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients, acting as a trusted advisor to address their business challenges using SaaS solutions.
- Work closely with the product, marketing, and customer success teams to align offerings with market needs and ensure seamless onboarding and support.
- Stay informed about tech, SaaS, and agri-food industry trends to tailor solutions to evolving client needs.
- Achieve or exceed sales targets, monitor KPIs, and report progress and opportunities regularly.
What you need to succeed (Main requirements)
- Around 5+ years of experience in SMB or Enterprise-level sales
- Currently based in Islamabad
- Background in solution sales, SaaS, tech, agriculture/food, or market intelligence sectors is a strong plus
- Solid understanding of B2B sales cycles, solution-based selling, and account management
- Interest in or familiarity with the global agri-food industry—its market trends, supply chains, and challenges
- Ability to articulate the value of SaaS platforms and data-driven solutions to diverse stakeholders
- Strong communication skills, with confidence in presenting, negotiating, and building relationships

- Connections or working experience in the agriculture or food industry
- Network within government agencies, universities, or related institutions
