What We Look For in Future SMB AE Hires
We regularly seek professionals with:

Proven success selling SaaS or EdTech products into K-12 schools or districts

Experience managing full sales cycles—from prospecting through closing

A consultative approach to building long-term relationships with educators and administrators

The ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets in a high-activity environment

Strong communication and discovery skills to tailor solutions to district needs

A results-driven sales professional with experience in K-12 or mission-driven SaaS environments

Effective at balancing inbound interest with outbound prospecting to grow pipeline
