What will I be doing?
  • Identifying opportunities to secure new business by establishing relationships with clients and prospects.
  • Managing a variety of client accounts; understanding client needs and strategizing with team members to meet those needs.
  • Identifying and executing upselling and cross-selling opportunities by recommending additional products that align with client needs, maximizing value for both the customer and the company.
  • Building and developing long-term strategic partnerships with global merchants.
  • Identifying new sales opportunities within existing accounts to broaden the scope of services offered to existing clients.
  • Maintaining personal networks, participating in professional organizations, attending conferences and industry events, and developing other means of generating interest from potential clients.
  • Helping our sales team as a regional expert.
  • Helping us structure, implement, and manage growth-related operational strategies and processes.


What skills do I need?
  • 4+ years of sales experience—ideally in a tech company—as an Account Manager or in Business Development, with a strong track record of performance and a strong business network.
  • A background in payments or financial systems is a plus.
  • Collaborative team player with leadership skills, proven cross-functional experience.
  • Strategic risk-taker with deep customer insight.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management, including C-level.
  • Skilled negotiator and deal closer with strong presentation and listening abilities.
  • Curious, positive, and market-savvy.
  • Flexibility and proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Availability for international travel.
