About the Role
We're looking for a data-drivenAccount Managerto drive growth within our existing insurance partner ecosystem. In this pivotal role, you'll be instrumental in optimizing strategic partnerships and collaborating on product solutions that scale our joint businesses, helping us achieve our ambitious growth goals.
You'll report directly to our VP of Insurance (ex-GEICO), and work closely with product, operations, data, and sales teams. This role suits someone who excels at nurturing strong relationships, enhancing outcomes through data, and swiftly addressing challenges to ensure operational excellence and mutual growth within a fast-paced high growth startup environment.
Jerry.ai is building the first super app to make car ownership affordable and accessible – covering insurance, buy/sell, registration, loans, safety, repairs, parking, and more – a $2T market in the U.S. Since starting with insurance in 2019, we've rapidly expanded, launching driving insights, a repair marketplace, car diagnostics, and even a GenAI-powered chatbot & voicebot. We've amassed over 5M customers, raised $240MM in funding, scaled our revenue 60X in 5 years, and achieved profitability in early 2024. We're now poised to scale from 5M to 50M customers and become a $10B business in the next few years.
What You’ll Do
Build and cultivate strong relationships with existing insurance carrier partners, acting as their primary point of contact.
Support the Director of BizOps & Strategy (Marketplace Growth) in executing day-to-day carrier initiatives, quoting workflows, and automation projects.
Develop and execute structured business plans or quarterly OKRs to maximize strategic partnerships based on a deep understanding of each partner's business.
Analyze data and identify opportunities to optimize KPIs.
Act as the operational liaison between carrier partners and internal teams to ensure timely execution of plans.
Quickly triage operational and execution issues across partners and internal teams, driving swift resolution.
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of professional work experience ideally in account management, partner success, or management consulting within a fast-paced environment.
A first principles thinker with strong quantitative skills and comfort working with data.
Proactive, self-directed, and able to effectively prioritize your own work and influence others' priorities.
A proven track record of developing successful, mutually beneficial partnerships.
Exceptional follow-through and follow-up skills; you consistently deliver on commitments.
