About the Role:The Partnerships Account Manager is responsible for activating, nurturing, and scaling strategic partnerships to drive measurable revenue growth. This role ensures that partner solutions are successfully integrated into our software ecosystem and effectively utilized by customers to create value. The Account Manager will work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to maximize revenue opportunities, accelerate adoption, and deliver tangible business outcomes.
What you’ll do:
Partnership Activation & Revenue Generation
- Own the activation process for partner solutions, ensuring integrations are well positioned and adopted by customers.
- Proactively identify and drive revenue-generating opportunities through partner engagements, including upsell/cross-sell motions.
- Monitor customer adoption of partner solutions and leverage insights to optimize activation strategies.
Value Demonstration & Partner Success
- Showcase the value of partner solutions by creating case studies, success stories, and performance reports that highlight business impact.
- Develop joint marketing campaigns, sales enablement materials, and co-branded content to maximize visibility and customer interest.
- Conduct partner performance reviews to ensure continued success, retention, and alignment on revenue goals.
Relationship Management & Collaboration
- Serve as the primary relationship owner for strategic partners, ensuring their needs are met while aligning with company objectives.
- Work closely with sales teams to provide insights, training, and support on how to position and sell partner solutions effectively.
- Collaborate with customer success teams to ensure customers receive ongoing value from integrated partner solutions.
Performance Tracking & Optimization
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to partnership success, including activation rates, customer adoption, and revenue impact.
- Continuously analyze partnership performance and make data-driven recommendations to enhance outcomes.
- Identify and resolve any blockers that may hinder partner engagement, activation, or revenue growth.

Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in partnership management, SaaS, or business development roles with a proven track record of driving revenue through partnerships.
- Excellent relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams.
- Highly analytical, with the ability to track, measure, and optimize partnership performance.
- Availability to travel as needed to attend partner meetings, industry events, and conferences.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the insurance, claims, or underwriting industry.
- Familiarity with SaaS ecosystems and technology integrations.
- Background in startup or high-growth technology companies.
