Who YOU Are
The Assistant Account Executive supports client services efforts by implementing and managing projects in a timely and efficient way. The Assistant Account Executive supports in driving the daily activities of a project by communicating with key internal service delivery personnel and manages project scope, scope change, and potential project roadblock.
Essential functions of the job include but are not limited to:
Tactical Management
- Monitors the workflow of all assigned accounts to ensure jobs are on track and completed accurately
- Maintains account organization (timelines, scheduling meetings, pool organization, status reports)
Client Management
- Serves as the point of contact when other team members are not available
- Builds rapport and credibility with clients
Financial Management
- Processes signatures, opens jobs and works with Accounting to produce client invoices
Product Knowledge
- Understands product category and competitors; keeps abreast of what competitors are doing
Strategy
- Observation and interest in strategy
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree (Marketing or Communcation focused preferred)
- Pharmaceutical/Healthcare Experience preferred
- 1 Year of Agency Experience preferred
- Commutable to NY, Boston or Costa Mesa office for team and client meetings as needed
