Job Description
About the Role
We are seeking an Automator—a relentless experimenter and builder who thrives on deploying AI tools to drive internal efficiencies and business outcomes. Your mission is to identify inefficiencies, design optimized workflows, and implement AI-driven automation solutions that improve speed, accuracy, and scalability across our business.
You’ll work directly with the co-founder to analyze existing workflows, propose new streamlined systems, and rapidly iterate to build those solutions using available AI and automation tools. This is a hands-on role for someone who is equally obsessed with AI, no-code tools, and workflow automation as they are with mapping out processes and making things work better.
If you love finding, testing, and integrating the latest tools—and can execute at the speed of thought—this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
🔍 Identify Automation Opportunities
- Audit internal workflows across marketing, sales, recruitment, client delivery, onboarding, HR, and accounting to find inefficiencies.
- Proactively explore emerging AI tools and automation technologies to enhance operations.
🗺 Map & Optimize Workflows
- Document current processes, identifying gaps, redundancies, and areas for improvement.
- Develop proposed workflow optimizations that leverage AI and automation.
- Present solutions clearly via structured decks with options, trade-offs, and implementation plans.
⚡ Build & Deploy AI-Driven Solutions
- Implement AI-powered automations using tools like Zapier, Flowgent, Replit, Make, and other no-code platforms.
- Create seamless integrations between CRM, project management, accounting, and HR tools to reduce manual tasks.
- Rapidly test, refine, and scale automation solutions for continuous improvement.
📊 Measure & Iterate
- Track and report the impact of automations with clear performance metrics.
- Continuously refine and improve systems to maximize efficiency gains.
About You
- AI & Automation-Obsessed: You actively experiment with new AI and automation tools and love solving efficiency problems.
- Development: You don’t need to be a developer, though basic Java/Python is helpful. You do need deep technical expertise in no/low-code automation
Systems Thinker: You can deconstruct complex workflows, identify inefficiencies, and design smarter solutions. - Creative Problem-Solver: You find innovative ways to integrate AI, no-code, and automation tools into real business challenges.
Fast Executor: You rapidly test, deploy, and iterate automation solutions with minimal oversight. - Metrics-Driven: You track success and constantly look for ways to refine processes.
- Clear Communicator: You document workflows in a way that makes it easy for stakeholders to understand and adopt new systems.
Tools You Should Be a Wizard With:
- Zapier, Flowgent, Replit, Make, Bubble, Airtable, Notion, and other no-code automation tools
- AI-powered workflow tools and APIs
What We’re Not Looking For:
🚫 Someone who just executes tasks—we need a builder and optimizer who takes initiative. You need to be on the hunt to improve operations, not wait around for your next task.
🚫 A traditional "operations generalist"—this role is for someone who is laser-focused on AI-driven process improvement.
If you live and breathe AI, automation, and efficiency—and can’t help but make things work better—we want to hear from you. 🚀

Verify Employer Thoroughly
Research the company's identity thoroughly before applying. Check for a professional website with contacts, active social media, and LinkedIn profiles. Verify details across platforms and look for reviews on Glassdoor or Trustpilot to confirm legitimacy.
Never Pay to Get a Job
Legitimate employers never require payment for applications, training, background checks, or equipment. Always reject upfront payment requests or demands for bank details, even if they claim it's for purchasing necessary work gear on your behalf.
Safeguard Your Personal Information
Protect sensitive data like SSN, bank details, or ID copies. Share this only after accepting a formal, written job offer. Ensure it's submitted via a secure company system or portal, never through insecure channels like standard email attachments.
Scrutinize Communication & Interviews
Watch for communication red flags: poor grammar, generic emails (@gmail), vague details, or undue pressure. Be highly suspicious of interviews held only via text or chat apps; legitimate companies typically use video or phone calls.
Beware of Unrealistic Offers
If an offer's salary or benefits seem unrealistically high for the work involved, be cautious. Research standard pay for similar roles. Offers that appear 'too good to be true' are often scams designed to lure you into providing information or payment.
Insist on a Formal Contract
Always secure and review a formal, written job offer or employment contract before starting work or sharing final personal details. Ensure it clearly defines your role, compensation, key terms, and conditions to avoid misunderstandings or scams.
