Today, CookUnity delivers 35 million meals a year from the industry’s best chefs to homes all over the country. Fresh. Ready-to-eat. And crafted with the passion that nourishes body and soul.

Unwilling to stop there, CookUnity is expanding beyond delivery to become an ever-innovating marketplace focused on our singular mission: empower Chefs to nourish the world.

If that mission has you hungry in more ways than one, you’ve found the right job posting.

About the Role:

CookUnity’s Business Team is seeking a strategic and execution-focused SEO & Content Marketing Associate to drive organic growth. This role blends SEO expertise with content strategy and creation. You’ll manage technical, on-page, and off-page SEO, while writing compelling content for landing pages, blogs, and campaigns—aligned to our sales messaging and buyer personas.

You’ll collaborate across marketing, content, and sales to ensure all content—blogs, landing pages, promotional assets—supports SEO and conversion goals. You’ll also lead A/B tests, develop and optimize pages, and refine efforts based on performance data.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical SEO

  • Conduct audits to uncover and resolve site or crawl issues.
  • Optimize site architecture, crawlability, and indexation.
  • Refine meta titles/descriptions (meals, services, case studies).
  • Leverage Ahrefs, GSC, and GA for SEO analysis.

Content Strategy & Creation

  • Write SEO-optimized content for landing pages, blogs, and key web assets.
  • Repurpose content for email, sales collateral, and campaigns by ICP.
  • Align content with sales messaging to drive conversions.
  • Create SEO briefs with keywords, structure, and optimization guidance.
  • Write persuasive LP content tailored to decision-makers.

On-Page & Off-Page SEO

  • Optimize existing content and metadata to match search intent.
  • Build effective internal linking strategies.
  • Manage scalable link-building and backlink profile quality.

Keyword Research & Strategy

  • Identify ranking opportunities via keyword research.
  • Maintain strategies for segments and business goals.
  • Track competitors and uncover content gaps.
  • Monitor keyword performance via dashboards.

Landing Pages & A/B Testing

  • Lead landing page development, layout, and content.
  • Run A/B tests on headlines, CTAs, and structures.
  • Use performance data to refine UX and SEO effectiveness.

Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Monitor SEO via GA, Ahrefs, GSC, and other tools.
  • Deliver insights, dashboards, and actionable recommendations.
  • Report on traffic, leads, and conversion impact.

Preferred Requirements

  • Proven experience in SEO/content roles, ideally B2B or growth-focused.
  • Strong SEO writing skills that drive conversions.
  • Skilled in technical, on-page/off-page SEO, and keyword planning.
  • Proficient with Ahrefs, GA, GSC, and A/B testing tools.
  • Experience managing or building landing pages (directly or via CMS).
  • Strong content strategy and persona-based messaging.

Safe Remote Job Search Tips

Verify Employer Thoroughly

Research the company's identity thoroughly before applying. Check for a professional website with contacts, active social media, and LinkedIn profiles. Verify details across platforms and look for reviews on Glassdoor or Trustpilot to confirm legitimacy.

Never Pay to Get a Job

Legitimate employers never require payment for applications, training, background checks, or equipment. Always reject upfront payment requests or demands for bank details, even if they claim it's for purchasing necessary work gear on your behalf.

Safeguard Your Personal Information

Protect sensitive data like SSN, bank details, or ID copies. Share this only after accepting a formal, written job offer. Ensure it's submitted via a secure company system or portal, never through insecure channels like standard email attachments.

Scrutinize Communication & Interviews

Watch for communication red flags: poor grammar, generic emails (@gmail), vague details, or undue pressure. Be highly suspicious of interviews held only via text or chat apps; legitimate companies typically use video or phone calls.

Beware of Unrealistic Offers

If an offer's salary or benefits seem unrealistically high for the work involved, be cautious. Research standard pay for similar roles. Offers that appear 'too good to be true' are often scams designed to lure you into providing information or payment.

Insist on a Formal Contract

Always secure and review a formal, written job offer or employment contract before starting work or sharing final personal details. Ensure it clearly defines your role, compensation, key terms, and conditions to avoid misunderstandings or scams.
