About the Job:
Using your deep expertise in data analytics, sales support, business intelligence, finance, strategy, or consulting, you will play a crucial part in creating compelling, data-driven content designed to showcase Motive Card and the value it can deliver to customers. As a key member of our Business Value Services team, you will be responsible for analyzing client data and creating presentations that clearly communicate the value customers gain by selecting Motive. Your work will directly impact customer decisions and contribute to overall company success.
Responsibilities:
- Provide critical support to the sales team by helping secure Motive Card deals and help expedite the customer buying process.
- Conduct comprehensive analysis on companies and their top business problems by integrating data and research from various external data sources.
- Develop and deliver professional, data-driven presentations to convince customers to transition to Motive, particularly focused on the Motive Card.
- Use Google Suite/Excel, customer data, and data visualization tools to derive insights and communicate results to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Identify and curate impactful data points that will capture a customer’s attention and craft slides that communicate information in a clear, professional, and visually engaging manner.
- Remain adaptable and responsive to changes in the business and with the product, including ever evolving customer needs and market dynamics, adjusting analysis and presentations as needed.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in a strategy or financial consulting, data analytics, sales support, or business intelligence or value role. Customer facing experience is a plus.
- Excellent at telling compelling stories in presentations using data and data visualization principles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Expert at building professional spreadsheets that are easily understandable for non-technical users.
- Experience with Excel, SQL, Tableau, and/or Power BI in analyzing data for client-facing presentations.
- Experience with Python is a valuable plus.
- Strong ability to adapt to changing priorities and business needs, demonstrating flexibility and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
