Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and document business requirements through interviews, workshops, and surveys.
- Analyze data and business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Develop and maintain clear and concise documentation, including process flows, use cases, and functional specifications.
- Work with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Job Requirements:
- Education & Certifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field. Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP) is a plus.
- Skills & Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong understanding of business processes and data analysis techniques.
- Technical Proficiency: Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), SQL, and process modeling software (e.g., Visio).
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
