As a Business Analyst Intern, you’ll have the unique opportunity to contribute to a strategic area —Finance, Operations, Strategy, and more—working closely with senior leaders and founders to help scale the company. Whether it's enhancing business processes, conducting data-driven financial analysis, or working cross-functionally with internal teams, your contributions will directly shape the future of Job&Talent.
- Partner with internal teams to dive deep into business processes and identify areas for improvement
- Conduct detailed data analysis to uncover inefficiencies and optimize operations
- Build and manage large data sets, using tools like SQL and Excel/G-Sheets, translating insights into actionable strategies
- Propose innovative, strategic recommendations that drive business growth and operational efficiency
- Learn from and work alongside company founders and senior leaders on high-impact initiatives
- A top performer with a degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field
- Someone with exceptional data analysis skills and an eagerness to tackle complex challenges
- A strong communicator with full professional competency in English (C1 level)
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, SQL, and database management
