Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source qualified candidates through online channels, networking, and referrals.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer negotiation.
  • Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and candidates.

Job Requirements:

  • Education & Certifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
  • Skills & Experience: 2+ years of experience in recruitment, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills; adaptability and attention to detail.
