Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute test plans and test cases to ensure software quality.
- Identify, document, and track bugs and inconsistencies.
- Work with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and provide feedback.
- Perform regression testing to validate bug fixes and new features.
- Communicate with clients to understand the product requirements.
Job Requirements:
- Education & Certifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred. ISTQB certification is a plus.
- Skills & Experience: 3+ years in software quality assurance, experience with automated testing tools, and proficiency in scripting languages.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Adaptability and attention to detail are crucial.
