Type of cooperation: Part-time/remote

⚡️Your responsibilities on the project will be:

  • The ability to not just write down what the customer is saying but to thoroughly understand what he and the users really need and offer solutions that will be better than the customer imagined;
  • To accept other people's ideas when they are better;
  • To understand technical and budgetary constraints, to offer solutions taking them into account, to avoid contradictions with existing functionality;
  • To document decisions concisely and clearly;

A Business Analyst is a person who:

  • Communicates directly with the customer, clarifies and formalizes requirements, discusses them with the team and is responsible for implementation;
  • Is confident in the correctness of the requirements by verifying them with the participation of various stakeholders and ensuring their compliance with business needs;
  • Develop and communicate clear visions of the products and align them with overall business goals and objectives;
  • Create, prioritize, and maintain product backlogs to ensure backlogs are refined, updated and reflect the evolving needs of the products;
  • Define acceptance criteria and user stories that outline the desired outcome and functionalities of the products;
  • Facilitate communication, provide progress updates, gather feedback and manage expectations to ensure everyone is on the exact same page;
  • Offers new ideas and methods to improve product efficiency and competitiveness;
  • Has a basic understanding of how databases work and are organized;
  • Understands the basic principles of technologies and architectures used in the project, for effective communication with technical teams.




You can be part of the following team: Fullstack DEV Lead, Fullstack Middle DEV, QA, DevOps, PM, BA.

🗞Our requirements to you:

  • 2+ years of commercial experience for the position BA in outsourcing/outstaffing company;
  • Advanced English level;
  • Knowledge and experience with Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies;
  • Strong communication skills to interact with various project stakeholders;
  • Data visualization skills to build mockups, wireframes, use case diagrams, prototypes, etc.;
  • Project scope decomposition preparation;
  • Project scope estimation;
  • Strong experience of User Stories preparation, Acceptance Criteria documentation and approval with client;
  • Experience of UI/UX design review based on prepared Requirements and correction of it;
  • Strong understanding of Business flows, processes and purpose;
  • Ability to simplify solution, when client trying to bring complex requirements for the project;
  • Change Requests management;
  • Risks management;
  • Building relationships with clients.
