Client:
Our client is a luxury haircare brand that distributes high-performance, mineral-rich products to salons, retailers, and global distributors. They are on a mission to bring clean, effective beauty to a wider audience and are looking for a driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to identify and engage new distributor partners.
Location and Time:
Fully Remote (Work from Home), 9 AM - 5 PM EST
Role Overview:
As a BDR, you will lead outbound outreach efforts targeting international and domestic distributors. You’ll use LinkedIn and email to craft personalized messages, engage decision-makers, and generate qualified leads for the sales team. This is a top-of-funnel role critical to global expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and research distributor prospects across regions
Create and send tailored outreach messages via LinkedIn and email
Qualify leads and book discovery calls with our Partnerships Team
Manage and update CRM pipeline consistently
Qualifications:
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
1+ years in B2B sales or outreach roles
Strong writing skills and attention to personalization
CRM proficiency
Highly motivated, self-sufficient, and organized
What Success Looks Like:
A strong, growing pipeline of qualified distributor leads
Effective outreach campaigns with above-average response rates
Seamless handoff of warm leads to the Partnerships team
