Business Development Representative
Job Summary
This role focuses on creating a strong first impression for prospects and building a pipeline for Account Executives, primarily through outbound prospecting and lead cultivation. In this role, you will:
- Create a fantastic first impression to prospects while building a pipeline for Account Executives
- Live in Salesforce, Salesloft, Nooks and Regie
- Focus on building a great team environment for a fun and energetic atmosphere
- Achieve a monthly quota of qualified opportunities
About you:
- Minimum of 2 years of Sales experience
- At least 1 year of outbound SDR/BDR experience at another technology company; ideally focused on larger MM/Enterprise-sized accounts (500+ FTEs)
- Experience with outbound lead cultivation + inbound lead generation
- Demonstrated success in meeting monthly targets
- Skilled and comfortable on the phones; we’re a heavy cold calling shop and expect you to bake this into your daily operating rhythm
- Quick learner and can adapt to an ever-changing startup environment
- Resourcefulness – Startups are a world of limited resources, you can “get it done”
- Comfortable with video prospecting
- Competitive spirit; eager to be a top performer and will to grind it out to get there

The annual OTE is up to $72,500 USD (base + bonus combined). The annual sales commission is uncapped in accordance with the relevant plan documents.
