About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing sales team and contribute to the success of our flagship cybersecurity product, AQtiveGuard. In this role, you will play a crucial part in generating new business opportunities by qualifying inbound leads and conducting outbound prospecting activities, focusing on enterprise and mid-market customers. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle for SMB deals, from initial outreach to closing.

What You’ll Do
- Qualify Inbound MQLs: Engage with marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) from enterprise companies, assess their needs, and determine their suitability for AQtiveGuard.
- Generate Outbound Leads: Conduct outbound prospecting activities (calls, emails, social selling) to identify and engage potential enterprise and mid-market customers interested in our AI-powered cybersecurity solutions.
- Develop Sales Pipeline: Build and manage a healthy pipeline of qualified leads for the Account Executive team.
- Manage SMBs Sales Cycle: For SMB opportunities, you will own the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to close, demonstrating the value of AQtiveGuard.
- Collaborate with Account Executives: Work closely with Account Executives to ensure a smooth handover of qualified enterprise leads and provide valuable insights.
- Maintain Accurate Records: Update and maintain our CRM system (e.g., Salesforce) with accurate and timely information on leads and prospects.
- Contribute to Sales Strategy: Provide feedback and insights from your interactions with prospects to help refine our sales strategies and processes for AQtiveGuard.
About You
- Proven Track Record: 1-2 years of experience in an enterprise software sales development or lead generation role, preferably in the cybersecurity industry.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate the value of AI and quantum technologies in cybersecurity.
- Hunter Mentality: A proactive and tenacious approach to prospecting with a strong desire to achieve targets.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Nice to Have
- Experience selling SaaS solutions in the cybersecurity space.
- Familiarity with AI and quantum technologies.
- Knowledge of the enterprise and mid-market cybersecurity landscape.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Location: Being based in a major metropolitan area would be a plus, as occasional travel to client sites or industry events may be required.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is expected to be $90k - $110k per year. Our salary ranges are determined by role and level. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. This role may be eligible for annual discretionary bonuses and equity.
