The Opportunity
As a Business Development Representative, you will be building relationships with potential corporate clients through active sales engagement, lead generation and market research to promote our intelligence and platform services. You will learn about our solutions and be able to understand and present our value proposition to potential clients within all target markets. You will be able to see and measure the growth you will be taking part in achieving.

What we trust you to do (What you will do)
- Identify and engage potential enterprise customers through research, outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach, focusing on the agri-food market and adjacent industries.
- Analyze industry trends, market intelligence needs, and key pain points for enterprise clients in the agri-food sector.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads, ensuring a seamless handover to the sales team for closing.
- Craft and deliver compelling messages tailored to specific prospects, showcasing the value of SaaS-based solutions for intelligence-driven decisions in the agri-food industry.
- Partner with marketing and sales teams to develop targeted campaigns and optimize lead conversion.
- Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions, tracking all activity in CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Develop a deep understanding of the company’s SaaS offerings to communicate the value proposition effectively.
What you need to succeed (Main requirements/skills/competencies)
- More than one year of experience in sales, business development, or lead generation — ideally in B2B, solution, SaaS, or intelligence-driven environments
- Native or fluent speaker of the local language, with solid English communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Strong interpersonal skills, including clear communication, active listening, and relationship-building
- Interest in the agri-food industry, enterprise sales, or data-based decision-making is a nice plus

- Familiarity with CRM tools and lead-generation platforms
- Interest in or existing connections within the agriculture and food sector — including business, government, or academic networks
