The reason behind the role...

As SingleOps, LMN, and Greenius merge into one industry-leading company, we’re expanding our Demand Generation team with a Campaign Specialist!

This will be an integral, hands-on member of our dynamic demand gen team supporting our 3 product brands. In this tactical role, you'll be at the heart of executing multi-channel campaigns designed to engage both prospects and our customers.

In This Role, The Ideal Candidate Will…

  • Execute Campaigns:
    • Build and deploy targeted email marketing campaigns, with careful attention to segmentation and optimization practices
    • Create campaigns in our direct mail and gifting platform to support outreach initiatives
    • Set up, test, and execute webinars
    • Tailor campaign messaging for various deployments such as social, sales outreach (Gong Engage), and email
    • Support brand ambassador and influencer campaigns, such as social media takeovers
  • Engage our Audience:
    • Collaborating closely with our event and partnerships team, execute campaigns that drive participation in tradeshows, workshops and training sessions
    • Build email marketing campaigns to keep our customers and prospects aware of important updates, such as product announcements
    • Monitor social media channels for mentions, comments, and messages, responding promptly and thoughtfully
    • Distribute customer communications as-needed
  • Support Content Creation and Distribution:
    • Draft monthly newsletters to keep our audience informed and engaged
    • Draft and schedule social media posts for review and approval with the Content Marketing Manager at a regular cadence
    • Develop, schedule, and publish engaging content across all relevant social media channels (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)
    • Manage YouTube channels including video uploads and playlist curation
  • Update the Website:
    • Maintain and update the events and training calendar on our website, highlighting opportunities for audience participation and driving registration
    • Publish marketing assets including blog posts, on-demand webinars, and case studies

Qualifications:

  • Proven Experience: 2-4 years of experience in a marketing role – B2B SaaS experience is an asset but not required!
  • Demand Generation Acumen: Demonstrated experience supporting campaigns that generate qualified leads, build sales pipeline, and engage customers
  • Email Marketing Expertise: Proficiency in developing and executing email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, A/B testing, and analytics
  • Social Media Savvy: Experience in creating and managing content for various social media platforms and understanding social media marketing best practices
  • Content Creation Skills: Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to craft clear, concise, and engaging content for different channels within brand guidelines
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
  • Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), and website content management systems (e.g., WordPress)
  • Collaborative Spirit: A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
