Your Role:
The Channel Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and growing sales though Tenable’s focus partners in the region. The role will involve working closely alongside direct touch sales teams, dedicated marketing and sales engineering resources. The desired candidate will have the proven ability to sell complex value-based software solutions to both technical and executive audiences and must understand how to work with resellers, MSSPs, large integrators and distributors. A strong channel network, excellent business acumen, great organisation and communication skills are a pre-requisite. Channel Managers are responsible for all aspects of managing their partners. Building strategic relationships to plan, enable and execute against key growth objectives with support from other functions.

- Directly managing and growing Tenable’s focus partners
- Reporting key sales and marketing metrics to the management team
- Acting as the partner’s single point of contact and overseeing day to day operations
- Managing and presenting quarterly business reviews and annual plans to management teams Developing proposals and negotiating legal agreements
- Creating and delivering accurate quarterly and annual forecasts
- Developing and implementing highly strategic, thoughtful and deliberate business plans to drive mutual growth
- Recruiting suitable new partners to Tenable’s partner program
What You’ll Need
- A minimum of 6 years of experience in Channel Sales, ideally in cyber security
- Experience working with resellers, integrators, MSSPs and distributors
- Documented track record of success
- College Degree preferred
- Experience working in a matrixed environment and utilizing corporate resources and subject matter experts
- Familiarity with cyber security, networking, server and data center infrastructure
