Our client is a fast-growing early-stage tech startup revolutionizing how organizations connect with medical experts through a seamless, on-demand platform. They are seeking a passionate Client Success Specialist to deliver exceptional service, support client onboarding, and contribute to long-term client success and retention.
Location:
Fully-Remote (Work from Home), 9 AM - 5 PM EST
Key Responsibilities
Client Support & Onboarding:
Serve as the first point of contact for clients via email, phone, and video calls.
Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and positive initial experience.
Respond promptly to client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide best practice guidance.
Manage and organize client information and interactions within CRM and support tools.
Monitor client usage and engagement to identify potential concerns or growth opportunities.
Client Success & Growth:
Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders to understand their evolving needs.
Develop and implement customized customer journeys and playbooks to drive satisfaction and retention.
Monitor account health and proactively identify upsell opportunities and renewal risks.
Communicate proactively with clients regarding timelines, updates, and new feature rollouts.
Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, and Operations teams to align client needs and feedback with company offerings.
Qualifications
Experience:
2+ years experience in a client-facing role such as Customer Support, Onboarding, Client Success, or Account Management.
Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills—clear, friendly, and professional.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Google Suite, and CRM software.
Nice to Have:
Experience in healthcare, healthtech, insurtech, or startup settings.
Familiarity with task and workflow tools such as ClickUp or HubSpot.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
