Our client, a dynamic production company, is seeking a versatileDigital Media Specialist to lead and manage their digital marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can think strategically, execute independently, and knows how to elevate a brand’s online presence through smart, data-driven marketing. Location:
Fully-Remote (Work from Home), 9 AM - 5 PM EST
Key Responsibilities
Paid Campaign Management: Plan, launch, and optimize digital ad campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Instagram/Facebook), and LinkedIn to generate awareness, leads, and engagement.
HubSpot CRM & Email Marketing: Manage and maintain CRM data, build email campaigns and nurture workflows, and ensure overall HubSpot hygiene and automation are functioning efficiently.
Email Newsletters & Campaigns: Oversee creation, scheduling, segmentation, and tracking of newsletters, promotional blasts, and drip campaigns — ensuring alignment with brand goals and tone.
Website Management: Make simple updates to the company website (CMS like Webflow), including adding videos, updating sections, and supporting site performance.
Reporting & Optimization: Track campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve ROI. Comfortable operating with smaller budgets while maximizing results.
Brand Marketing Support: Collaborate on messaging, design needs, and strategic content — bringing fresh ideas and proactively thinking of new channels to increase the company’s visibility.

Qualifications
3+ years of experience in digital marketing, paid media, or growth roles.
Proven success running and optimizing paid campaigns across multiple platforms.
Strong knowledge of HubSpot and CRM/email automation best practices.
Familiarity with CMS platforms for basic site updates (no coding required).
Analytical and organized, with strong communication skills and an eye for detail.
A creative thinker who brings ideas to the table and knows how to market a brand, especially to commercial real estate and management audiences.
Bonus points for experience in the real estate, commercial, or B2B services space.
