Our client, a mission-driven organization, is seeking aDigital Content Strategist to develop engaging digital content for social media and marketing campaigns. This role goes beyond basic graphic design to encompass strategic content planning, development, and optimization. You will be responsible for translating brand objectives into compelling content that resonates with target audiences across multiple platforms, with a particular focus on LinkedIn.

Location: Fully-Remote (Work from Home), 9 AM - 5 PM EST
Key Responsibilities:
Content Strategy Development: Create comprehensive content strategies and calendars aligned with brand objectives and target audience needs.
Video Editing: Edit and enhance raw assets into high-quality video content for various formats, including reels, long-form videos, and shorts.
Graphic Design: Create static images and social media graphics using tools like Canva or Figma to support brand messaging.
Template & Asset Library Development: Build creative templates and develop a library of reusable assets for streamlined content production.
Storytelling & Visual Composition: Craft compelling narratives through engaging visuals that align with the brand's mission and tone.
Content Optimization: Adapt both video and static content for different digital platforms and optimize using AI tools, ensuring maximum engagement and performance.
Social Media Content Creation: Develop branded content for social platforms, with a specialized focus on the LinkedIn ecosystem and content strategies.
Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze content performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
Paid Advertising Support: Assist in developing creative assets for paid advertising campaigns across various platforms.
Research & Trend Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to inform content strategy.
Internal Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align content with broader campaign strategies and business objectives.

Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in content marketing, content strategy, video editing, or social media content creation.
Proven experience developing content strategies and editorial calendars for brands.
Demonstrated success with LinkedIn content creation and optimization.
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere for video editing and Canva, Figma, or similar for social media graphics.
Experience using AI tools to enhance and optimize content for engagement and performance.
Experience tracking and analyzing content performance metrics.
Skills:
